2. Data we collect
- Contact data you send us by email or phone: name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Business relationship data for customers, suppliers and partners: contact persons' details, correspondence, orders and invoicing information.
- Website usage data collected through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived on the site. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless they lead to a business relationship.
- Contract and accounting records: for the periods required by Romanian law (generally 10 years for accounting documents).
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where the law allows;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Exercising your rights and complaints
Send your request to stvfoods@stvfoods.ro. We will reply within one month, which may be extended in the cases provided by the GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
9. Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its last-updated date, applies.
